Whenever I see people complain about not having the motivation to work because of this or that, I find it both funny and entitled. Your motivation to do your job and do it well should be driven by your pay. Nothing more, nothing less. Now if you're being underpaid, that's another story. But everything else is just an excuse to be lazy.

METHINKS MOTIVATION IS OVER-STATED. One should not look to be "motivated" as the paycheck and benefits are the real source of effort.
Rather, having TC actually "re-invent" the simple satisfaction toward a job well done and increasing our ease of doing business .... well, there's a thought. I'd rather be led with a carrot than be beaten by a stick. When will they ever learn?
Motivation enough to do my job to continue to get paid and not get fired but not motivation enough to care or go the extra mile. If I find a problem that is going to cause me extra work to solve and really isn’t something is my area of responsibility, it’s not getting noted or brought to anyone’s attention. You get back the energy you give your employees as an organization.
Lol, good to see the HO stirring the p-t on here... Pay is directly correlated to effort. Want good workers who put in effort? pay more, otherwise you get lazy, entitled do nothings that post on here
Allstate is notorious for underpaying their employees, so much so that other insurance giants in the industry pay much more.
Allstate is not competitive, they are laughable.
No more motivation here after 1 1/2 years of being overworked because Allstate laid off 1/2 the auto claims staff to save a dollar and put the workload on us. Now we’re demanded to work mandatory overtime because they don’t have the vision to lead and foresee increased volume during hurricane season. They’re finding no one wants to return to their old jobs who quit due to burnout or were laid off . Transformative growth at its best .
