In operations was told in our meeting "We shouldnt be impacted we are already low staffed" Finished the meeting with " Im not 100% sure we wont be impacted"
I would be nice to toss most of the union thugs once their contract is over. Hans get to work and toss'em out on their lazy A$$! Then hire people that will do the work much better with higher quality and not go on strike every few years.
I hope they get rid of all of the useless operational managers. They have been micro managing this company for too long.
