Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Everything has changed since the merger

This is not the same company anymore. It used to be one of the better places to work (and I'd know, I worked for both T and Verizon previously) but now it's just as bad as the rest of them. The culture has shifted from cooperative to competitive. Seniority and experience mean nothing anymore, we are told all the time we can be replaced easily. The work environment has become toxic overnight. There's nothing worth sticking around for anymore.

As a customer I have to say that the merger seems to have taken the worst of old & new..... legacy sprint employees as a biz disease... yah, I can see that. :-)

The company that does the Great Place to Work certification is very much like Who’s Who in high schools. If you pay for it, you’ll be on the list.

To the author, what did you expect after allowing a dangerous virus commonly known as Legacy Sprint Employees to infect your company?

Sprint and its entitled employees are the corporate equivalent of ‘Walking Dead’ zombies. Ask Nextel.

JohnL knew this would happen which is why he and his 100+ million dollar golden parachute are far away from the T-MO that you once knew.

I can’t believe they finished 51 st great places to work. I think Forbes needs to be investigated for fraud. They are defnly on the take. T mobile is almost a gulag. They forced people to be on Twitter. Then the truth came out and it was not mandatory

They will become humble again when the stock drops. Sievert acts like he has something to do with the company’s success. I used to know how t was different. Price is tumbling fast. Keep an eye on that.
