Its all the same. Management keeps pushing all these ridiculous "metrics" on already short staffed stores. They keep Pushing "we gotta get this done", we gotta do this "absolutely ridiculous demands and stores are so short staffed one cannot keep up. They keep hiring and hiring and no one stays but yet when they ask why people quit, they fail to listen to the truth. Pushing people way over their limits while the same people keep doing the job of 6 and the same people keep calling in and getting away with it. No accountability for attendance, no accountability for anything. And they wonder why people quit.But they don't want to hear the truth, they keep pushing it under the rug.Wake up Walmart, there are other companies hiring in the world.So many people are fed up with the favoritism and poor treatment.

Ummmm they choose to Ignore it and don't want to deal with the same people calling in and not doing their job. They keep pushing more work on the same people who keep showing up day after day. The reliable people!!
