Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Think twice, cut once

People talk a lot about WFN cuts but no one seems to have info on how many people are cut. I hope that everyone who leaves here will find a job very soon, but I also hope that ADP does not regret its layoff policy, which seems to be anything but thoughtful moves. Don't you think that at some point they will regret how many layoffs they gave and especially to which people they gave layoffs?

Longevity and higher pay are considered negatives by the current board. That attitude may allow them to skate by, but they will not regain their previous status where quality and service ruled. That is sad to those laid off or RIF'd these past few years. I'm not sure this will change until the investors have squeezed all the value out of the business.

I finally got out of ADP after being asked to "do more with less" literally doing the job of 3 people......there's only so much that can be humanly done and ADP squeezes every last drop out of its associates while doing nothing to reward them ( a picture frame for your desk doesn't cut it, sorry.

when prior cuts come back to haunt ‘leadership’, managers try to coax those people to return. This happens year after year so clearly ‘leadership’ hasn’t figured it out.
