Can someone tell Alex just because you put cutesy words on slides that does not establish company culture! You have to act it be it and hold the entire leadership right to front line leaders accountable. That values stuff was such BS.. we would be an awesome company if we lived that culture. All I know is that as soon as you look out for the best interest of the company you get the boot because it goes against Jason or Keith’s CEO dreams and Alex keeps rewarding those behaviors.
Absolutely brutal!! We do it right we do it together!?!? Company doesn’t even know the difference between truth and lies. GAG!! Anyone who works in this company knows we do it like grandpa’s ol oil and gas company. That’s why wash out one hit wonder ex-exec still tells the exec how to do their jobs and the company keeps putting incompetent ostriches as SVPs and EVPs

I’m sorry but I can’t buy any of this culture and values garbage. You can’t lay people off for years and years then top it off by taking $32M in bonuses for mgmt then expect us to buy into this junk. As an added bonus we all know they are selling more pieces of the company off as we go forward and the second they don’t need you out you go onto the street.
