All of the money you are saving from outsourcing, are you passing this on to the patients? Also, will you be discussing this biblically?

They’re losing money if you ask me. From a billing standpoint those oversees people are ja--ing stuff up. I continue to get a bill because they can’t bill correctly. I hate going to their facilities. Cant wait for insurance that I can use out of network so switching to my husbands plan.
Ascension values are out the window. I believe they are using the savings to pay for all the shiny new stuff like the new digital studio, the super-fast network between digital studios and the hospitals, all the new equipment, etc., etc. I believe Ascension will eventually "reshore" the work after the medical types get tired of all the sc--w-ups by the subcontracting companies in India. Just a hunch...
