I started thinking about leaving the moment I realized that those who only pretend to work hard are more valued here than truly hard workers. . .
For that reason, I enjoyed working from home because I no longer had to watch their acting. I don't like going back to office for that very reason, because I will have to watch their drama again.
How is it that pretenders in BOA have become more valued than those who really do their job diligently, I simply don't understand?

Agree. Main reason I don’t want to go back. Watch and listen to that cr-p.
They are the brown nosers who agree and jump when told.
