Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Jack Henry has positions

For those of you just laid off, JHA is looking fit solid employees. Check is out! Been there 13 years and while we have laid off a handful, never mass cuts. 2008 Financial Crisis, 0 people laid off! Great culture and committed execs.

Jokes on you. The questions that apply to your direct manager are not about your direct manager.

"I would recommend Fiserv" is a manager question that doesn't sound like it is a manager question.

@2lnv+1cTOdfjd I liked that Fiserv was based in Milwaukee, I was from the midwest and liked working for a midwest company. I know technically it still is but we all know it's run by Frank and they guys in NYC. Frank just wants to try to show up his JP Morgan buddies or whatever gets him off. He is worth like 400-500 mil at this point. If I was him I would take my money and spend time with my family. I hate working for a NYC run company, as others have stated they only care about their inter-circle. Everyone else they don't care about. P.S. When is the annual employee survey coming out. I am sure they will get great numbers again considering managers and director bonuses are tied to employee satisfaction. You will hear "put what you want in the comments but the 0-10 always give a 10" or something like that. Everyone needs to rate everything a 1 except maybe their direct manager if they actually like their direct manager.

@2osn+1cTOdfjd Perhaps because it is cheaper to be headquartered there instead of moving every time a new CEO takes over. First Data was is in Omaha, then a new CEO moved it to Denver, next CEO moved it to Atlanta, and now this D-bag has to have his elitist rear end sitting in an ivory tower in Manhattan. How many jobs could he have saved if he wasn't in the most expensive state in America?!!!!! And btw - I am not the original poster nor do I know ANYTHING about Jack Henry. I have however worked for both FD and Fiserv and know that at least at FD, and at Fiserv now under Frank -you are just an expense, nothing more! Go for the company that gives a cr-p about their employees. You obviously have realized by now, that Fiserv, is no longer it!
