AERO Q3 Results .....

MM has been hopping furious these past few days looking at the climb in past dues and the drop in revenue translated to another round of poor result for the quarter. With barely 2 weeks to go, a summon from our so-called 'leaders' to commit to an unrealistic number as directed by MM has been making a natural meeting mantra. To the already frustrated worker these so called 'leaders' have been putting all vacation request on hold until the quarter is over.
Bad? Not sure what the number would look like but judging by the last 2 quarters and our books and trend, it does not look like we'll be hitting that number again. Could it be the final nail? Remains to be seen but if one knows MM, he has probably written out an excuse to Dairyass to explain the miss and wrung an unsuspecting VP to be the scape goat to soothe the wrath of corporate. Senior ISC VP - TP will remain neutral as he always does, setting the blame squarely on the shoulder of the new guy for not delivering enough. The predictability of AERO is all so horiffic.

It’s funny. Y’all been grousing about the same fundamental stuff for 10+ yrs.

Has it occurred to you that Hon is running precisely as Hon intends to run?

All the “red ink”, and fury, and head rolling, and Game of Thrones - it’s exactly what that level of psycho leader wants. MM won’t get in trouble for missing his numbers because Wall St is in so deep with Hon stock in huge pension plans that the Street can’t take Hon to the woodshed. Allied is too big to fail, it lines way too many pockets to get seriously audited/busted. They could shoot someone in the middle of Times Square and get away with it.

And you work there to support it.

The numbers are in and AERO is RED again. Ain't running away from whats been published. Now, the head rolls and excuses will take place. MM will probably take over as President and ISC VP since he actually believes that no one else can do what he did during when he was the ISC VP.

Past dues just keeps heading up while revenues miss the target for a 3rd straight quarter after the optimism shown earlier in the year of a V shaped recovery. Let the heads roll yet once again with notices of organisational changes and new unsuspecting victims joining the bandwagon for the next quarter head rolling excercise. Steve the Slip is probably kicking himself for leaving his cushy job and joining the he-l ho-e that he is in now. Nothing seems to be working out no matter the hours put in.

Oh just keep fudging the numbers. Worry about Q4 in December and then fudge some more. Big shell game that WS loves.

How to survive the Honeywell machine? Under promise and over perform just Enuff.

Your welcome

"Y'all know he loves being called "Maddog," right? He wears it as a badge of honor. So just refer to him as MM or a more appropriate adjective, and don't let him gloat that you refer to him by his desired name."

How about "Dog Chit?"

I don't know about all of you, but I can't wait to hear HON announce the huge Q3 miss against AOP. It's gonna be epic and the best part is, it's almost entirely mad dog's fault and I am looking forward to hearing who he blames this time. It's hard to meet commitments when there are no parts and no people to do the jobs, but I'll keep waiting for his motivation emails to come through to help keep me going LOL.

The Maddog never learns his lesson, he believes everyone else needs to learn from him because he is the smartest in the room. He's a true cowboy and does it his own way with zero collaboration. Sounds like his old playback is running dry and I truly hope he has to answer for his poor performance vs blaming others. What he did to PD, OTTR and turnaround time when he took over ISC was atrocious. He managed offset it with pushing out other revenue from his playback and made it about poor leadership in managing suppliers. Well, how'd that work out MM, tell me how many leaders have failed in Procurement and supplier management on your watch..,..too many to list over the last 6 years. The new HW playbook is to keep changing leaders in the problem areas, atleast there is someone new to blame when nothing changes. Sooner than later, the maddog will have to answer for the mess he has made. Hard to fix things when you act like a child kicking and screaming to get things done.

It continues to amaze me that Aero manages to hit its quarterly targets but I think it's solely due to BGA. Everything else is in the toilet and the "special reserves" that were stashed away years ago are fairly depleted. There've been a few attempts at accounting chicanery and the pull forward of shipments that's also been going on for years, but at some point they'll end up in front of the SEC if it continues. MM's gone ballistic in every role he's held when he has to meet a target, so this is nothing new. Ironic that no one chewed his @$$ when he ran past dues up to a record high during his ISC reign of te---r. Guess he didn't learn that Biblical lesson.

Is anybody surprised? This same old movie replays each LAST month of the QTR since these clowns are leading the company.

Day 1 of the next QTR- What have you done for me lately? You still owe me on your commitment for (next QTR) But boss, I brought forward billions of revenue. Yeah so, go get me more.

@1dnf+, spot on. Sourcing has to change their supplier relationship managment while Procurement will have to change their procurement practices to give an ounce of business ethics back to our suppliers. I have worked with several suppliers over the course of 30-odd years and during those times, it had been a pleasure and I would think they thought likewise. Lately, the same suppliers I once enjoyed working with has become a mere business transaction. Very little intention to want to grow our businesses and I do know that several suppliers would like to ride out those long term agreements and terminate their business with Honeywell. Hearing their side of the story and reflecting on how we do things in Honeywell, I would do the same.
Leadership always repeats that this is how suppliers are managed in other comparable companies. Well, to you MM and respective VP, just cause others might say thats the way and think its the way, doesn't and shouldn't necessarily make it right.

Underlying crux to the problem isn't the receipts but how we treat our suppliers. Being a Honeywell supplier isn't all thats cut out to be. From constant demand revisions, unfavourable long term agreements, payment terms that is going past 150 days before actually seeing any money, having to return certain monies from revenue earned and list continues on. Its like a real series of the Sopranos supplying parts and services to Honeywell. Thats where the problem is and the earlier some Sourcing guy realises that he should treat suppliers the same way one should treat their spouse, the quicker the needle will move.

Folks.....remember you have to be linear! This hockey stick effect is unacceptable. So to fix this we will hold sunrise and sunset meetings starting the last 3 weeks of the quarter and Mr.Maddog will be there too to make sure you meet what he committed to big DA. What an absolute joke this place is. Hey MM.....if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got. You have built an organization that has zero ownership and zero leadership. You should you should know by now you can't keep beating the dogs, because they'll eventually bite.

They put all vacation requests on hold? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA just leave this garbage company already. Their "past dues" are THEIR PROBLEM and THEIR FAULT and again in classic Honeywell fashion they are making YOU PAY FOR IT just like they do with the EEI and mandatory unpaid overtime SCAM.

I hope they lose all their money and GO TO JAIL. Everyone needs to find a new job before this mistreatment goes on any further.

This is not surprising......MM does not have the trust and respect from anyone....matter of time until he goes from hero to zero. I have to say, he's done a fantastic job of pulling the wool over DA`S eyes for a few years now.

All those ISC VP stuck with the new guy are in for a good sm--k when Q3 is announced. Smart move for JH leaving and making it to the upper floors since he is realising all his projects are turning out to be mere smoke screens delivering no real impact to the overall AERO results such as Peloton, Revolution and other silly named projects.
Watch for some serious team changes coming up for those that are responsible for delivery and inventory. If you're one of those groups, you better get out now before some restructuring forces you to.
