Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Do the bare minimum

I've said this before and I'll say it again. Do the bare minimum. Don't jeopardize your job by skipping work but do not do anything that you absolutely don't have to. Productivity is up for all companies that instituted WFH. Let's remind them of that. Let's make them see what they're losing.

I always go above and beyond at my job, don't mind taking on additional responsibilities and consistently received exceed expectations rating during the annual performance review. I like what I do and really like my team and the managers. Everything changed in the last 1+ month when I realized that the 9/9 RTO date is set in stone and the leadership couldn't care less about people's health concerns. I finally started updating my resume and looking for jobs. Now I'm just doing the bare minimum, leaving the office early and busy with applying and interviewing. Hopefully I don't have to listen to the "We are a work in the office company" BS for too long.

I'm in. I don't even care if I get fired in the process. I'm done.
