Now that I'm leaving, I don't care what happens in this company or what the future will bring, but if there's any advice I can give, it's that you should never linger too long! Gone are the days when loyalty was valued perhaps a little more. I’ve stayed here too long and that’s why it took me almost 8 months to find a new job. Another tip is that building a network, making connections is often more important than polishing resume, when looking for a new job. Someone might also add that if you have any talent it is best not to come here at all?

haha " good luck in your future endeavor " !! the old QWEST lay of farewell !!
Was right behind you in February - did exact same thing - never looked back !!
I left in January of this year, took my lump sum pension and 401k and roll into IRA account. Got tired of being told I didn’t meet standard after 23 years of services. Glad I left because they no longer met my standards on how to treat employees with respect..All I say anybody that still there just make sure u have a backup plan in case u need to leave…
Good luck on your future endeavors!
Well……bye
