RTO Prediction - Winter of ‘21 / ‘22

BofA will require vaccines or daily testing in order for associates to stay in good employment standing, and continue RTO through winter under the assumption that vaccinated employees are safe in the office…

But further RTO plans will incidentally coincide with a new vaccine resistant variant that will emerge during the holidays… There will be multiple severe Covid clusters breaking out in offices since no one will initially realize the vaccines are ineffective against the new variant.

@nsz+1cYtPOuv ...Or maybe the governments stopped tracking COVID deaths. It is widely believed that the Modi government underreported deaths in India by the tens of thousands.

So, in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi India from May 1st the peak to July 15th cases and death dropped to Zero and the same for most of Argentina, Peru and Mexico depending on government. What are they doing we are not? Notice how all news coverage stopped when they started a treatment protocol. Delta went away just as fast as it started in most of India.

Bottom line, all those years of unhealthy living are going to bite you in the a-s, your putting all you hope and faith in a vaccine…I would just call it a shot personally on account of the breakthrough cases.

@euc+1cYtPOuv Every time someone is infected with Covid, the viral load can mutate multiple times in the infected person. Since the unvaccinated carry a much higher viral load upon infection, they are the primary drivers of new variants. The delta variant originated in India at a time when they were significantly under vaccinated.

I don't question the efficacy of vaccines but I question how long the efficacy lasts. I find it to be very risky to pull employees back into an office over the fall/winter when there is still a lack of consensus on how long vaccine efficacy lasts. BofA cannot consider vaccinated employees to have long-term immunity, so sitting in an office with hundreds of others for 8 hours / day, 5 days a week would be a very high risk environment even for the vaccinated.

The sad truth is variants are a reaction to the vaccine. Every variant that has popped up were sourced to the same location clinical trial of each version of the vaccines were being tested. The original spike protein the vaccine was designed for is long gone. This would have been a bad memory by now if it wasn't for the vaccine. Good news you have a 99.97% your going to be fine score with Delta. Now ask your self why would thousands of nurses walk away from 20+ year careers pensions risk there livelihoods rather than get the J. They have seen things fist hand and it wasn't covid and that's good enough for me.

They are already ineffective, lol. I know more breakthrough cases and vaccine side effects cases than I know of original covid cases!
