When is all the management team RTO?
First let them come in 5 days a week 8-5 for at least two months, no WFH, no vacays, no days off. Prove to me it’s safe to come in, BM. Then I’ll follow.
The "Nothing" is coming. Way easier to lay people off remotely. The layoffs will be across the board. Plan accordingly. Has little to do with vax status, even if they use it. They're reducing costs. Pro tip: Dust off that resume and start looking, don't worry and agonize over it. You had a job when you found this one.

The unvaxxed will be given the ultimatum - look at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, they only allow vaccinated people into office. Then if they deny getting the shot, they will be let go. I’m not sure why so many think this can’t or won’t happen. It’s happening now at other big financial places. Get the shot or get your pay cut while working from home and eventually get laid off.
If I had a trust fund, I’d say no way to vaxx, but I don’t. I got bills to pay and family to take care of. I got my vaccine. If I die, I die. Maybe all the hype is over nothing and I’ll be fine, no health issues, no dying from vaccines, etc.
lot of fear out there, just got to do what’s best for you and your family situation.
Layoffs ? They are many companies that can't even find mofos to work.
I'm 10+ years at the bank, one of their fav layoff times is right around Thanksgiving.
Easy there grasshopper. First, they have to get everybody settled in and comfy with the RTO. Next, get everybody's vax status. Once that's done, they can proceed with the third phase, setting deadlines for those who are not compliant and the obligatory threats (or maybe some alternatives). Finally, once the sheep has been corralled and properly identified, the 'process' can begin. I'd say a few months, tops.
