I’ve seen no benefit to working in office in office vs WFH. We have proven to be as or more productive due to avoidance of commuting, a bit more sleep, opportunity to take meaning exercise breaks and actually working more hours productively. If AT&T leadership pays attention they would realIe what a huge benefit this is to the company and how it serves as a great perk to employees. There are still VP’s etc who have some misguided belief that people need to be in office to collaborate but that’s simply an inaccurate view of reality.
Many of us do not even work in locations with people or groups to collaborate with. If the company truly wants to show its listening to its employees those who are FOW will be left to report once per week perhaps for just some face time, staff meetings etc. Beyond that there is no real benefit for gain to the company to have one sitting in an office each day.
