Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Project Bledsoe Timeline

Company's new bold strategy to win

9/13: Announcement call to RDs
9/27: Staffing cuts, targeting 1.1 HC/store-hour
10/11: Store hours begin to be cut
10/18: Stores identified for closure, based on proximity to 24-hour stores, lease considerations, etc
11/01: Close previously identified stores. Drastically adjust hours at remaining non-24-hour stores, in a manner to frustrate parents with post-halloween returns (note: will be done without notice to the public)
11/15: At this point, everyone should know the drill with ACO. Reduce headcount to 1.0 HC/store-hour; basically presume customers will enroll in Carepass and pay on the honor system
11/22: Take advantage of the news cycle lull and declare a huge dividend, payable on 11/24
11/29: Could possibly file chapter 7, or maybe just ignore it and let creditors do it
11/30: If you get paid on that day, sorry

This fell behind, but with the Ukraine situation expect this plan to pick back up real soon now.

The ideal time to go full on asset stripping was late August when the media was distracted by Biden's botched Afghanistan pull out.

@OP+1cb0dE84 You trolling? Or are you for real? If you are for real do you have some definitive proof? Thanks!

I’m sure this is just a troll post, BUT sadly since this is CVS we’re talking about, it wouldn’t surprise me if this were true.

What in the stupid he-l are you even talking about? I’m already a 14 hours of operation store scheduled about 20-24 hours a day so basically I’m by my self for about 4-6 hours a day. Truck day I usually get it up within 24 hours but I’m about to change it to get it done within 24 operating hours. We’re all tired but those SM and Rx managers who likes working for free after 45 hour go HOME you’re making it worse for everyone! If it can’t be done with the time you have to schedule quit freaking staying over!!!!!!! Go HOME!!!!
