There has been quite a bit of discussion here about TR's moves to using more outsourcing. However, little has been said about whether TR has been engaging former RIF'd employees as contractors. Has this been happening? Thoughts?

When I have seen and heard it happening, not here, is when the absolutely need the expert to fix something that outsourcing can’t.
The goal of moving positions is to save money. They are not going to pay more if they don’t have to.
I don’t have any data or info on it happening here. Anything is possible, but I find it highly unlikely.
Not happening.
Offshore people will make a mess of things.
