I keep hearing that the job market is great right now, is this true? I'd like to move on from here, I'm tired of constant stressing over layoffs but I'd lie if I said I wasn't worried about what's available and where I would land. How is everybody doing on finding new jobs? Are the options really as great as they say?

Yes! It’s awesome. Been gone for a few months and lots of great opportunity and refreshing to work with teams of people who are collaborators and smart. A CEO who is more than a narcissist but actually a leader who draws in a team. So yeah…go for it! Nothing but upside!
