has anyone ever seen or worked for a company which has such casual disregard for its people
you dont hear any horror stories coming out of the megs suncors and cnrls of the world.
where did we go wrong? will it change?

The reason you don’t hear stories coming out of those companies is because they don’t tolerate BS. Mainly high discipline and results oriented unlike CVE where everyone is given a vote on every matter and nothing ever gets done so lots of politics and BS. There is no room for that at those companies they expect you to do your job which is what they pay you for.. I worked @ cnrl for 7 yrs and the culture hasn’t changed to this day.. CVE could use some of that discipline to get the lazy & whiney b-ms in line..
