Has any other district been told, that if you are not @ 75% to Carepass goal on Friday that the Manager has to work that Saturday?
I guess our district wants us to get even more short handed then what we are.

When ever the DL and the DCP comes in on Saturdays to make CarePass goal for the district I’ll be right there with them. Or better yet is Aetna Corp or omni care going to do the same? Or how about the APs or HR? Or the RLs or the DVP? That’s discrimination against you and your team. Just because you don’t have a office job or work in the field doesn’t mean you have to work harder or longer then anyone else. I will say call the Advice and council line: A&C will advice you not to go work on your scheduled day off.
