Name another company that has a bloated corporate office and hundreds if not thousands of field management all thinking of more tasks and checklist for the 2 people on the bottom of the totem pole running the store and ways to cut there hours. I laughed when I stopped at my local gas station and they had 3 employees on one shift. That’s more than most cvs have on load day.

I totally agree, @3nps+1callqik. No other company has fewer workers doing the actual job and more people in the management... There is a lot that makes CVS special compared to other companies... unfortunately, in a bad way.

We should organize Project Annexation of Puerto Rico and do layoffs in corporate office
Yea and check out all the Vice Presidents, they have one for everything.
What’s sad is instead of adding another 20 hours to a store, which equals to $300 (20x$15) a WEEK on payroll they rather us NOT put stuff on the shelves to INCREASE sales! Like I seriously have to tell my customers we don’t have anymore not even in the back even if I know it’s back there in a cart. Ridiculous. I can’t leave the green zone when I’m by my self!!!! How many daily sales am I missing because I have to say we’re out??? I worked the incontinence aisle 12 weeks ago! The shelf is soooo low and I’m not getting it on truck because I have skip that aisle every week when I do BOH. How many $$ am I missing out on??? ALOT!! My store is located In a retirement community, urg!!!
You forgot then their p-ssed off when you have to jump on a register. Hilarious $100 billion dollar company. You would think we are going bankrupt, please watch your payroll wouldn’t want to use an extra 5-10 hours at the new attractive $15. Tighten your belts need to go for 10 straight qtrs of beating earnings on the backs of the peons
7-8 Field managers on store visits while 1-2 total people working in the store they are visiting . Something seriously wrong.
