We are so late to trends!! just noticed Macy’s has no videos on tiktok.... while other competition stores post all the time.
Anyone from the marketing corporate team heard of tiktok?

It’s because they wait to follow what other big companies are doing and then they copy it. Not making it original or revolutionary at all. If they were serious about gaining the U40 customer, than they would have a TikTok strategy and would have already executed it!!!
Macy’s is always 3-5 years TOO LATE on these trends!! Clearly the social media team has no clue on what they are doing and they are relying on an old formula that has already evolved.
Not a bad idea I like it but clearly you don’t understand corporate America, come back when you do.
