We need a 3.0 system now!!!!! They gave us this 2.0 system over 6 months ago and all we have are sales errors, activation errors, inventory errors, excuses, and more unknown errors. Let me call in and see what we can do... (1 hour later) oh it's fixed now but I may need to call you back next week since there is a chance it didn't deplete from my inventory and you will have to help me fix it. And we may need to submit a promo correction form too. Tell me if it doesn't look right after your 2nd bill and we can start again! :(

How dare you ask us to use this horrible system! And you presented us this solution 6 months ago and said have at it!?!? Yet all I see are system enhancement updates!!! Here are some new features that won't work now! How about you fix the broken stuff 1st geniuses.

Gone downhill set since the VSP when we lost all the best programmers. Customer Service just instituted an 8 week moratorium on new stuff so their IT could fix issues. Guessing it came from the pulse survey.

How about we all highlight the issues with POS on the next one? If enough people do it maybe it can be a management 'action item' and something will actually get done.

The new hires want me to tell them how to do transactions... f if I know!!! It's a cr-p shoot. It's worse than an embarrassment. I don't see it getting better soon. Feels like it gets worse daily. Our leaders don't get it. It's a cover up. They should start over because sometimes you just can't dig yourself out if cra-p.

So funny our director was talking about on a district call, was basically telling everyone a crack team of programmers was on it and it would be fixed soon.

The reality is that the lowest cost programmers in India known as infosys are on it and it's only going to get worse.

The cost cutting is insane.
