That number by itself is useless. You need the actual drop in US jobs vs the increase in overseas jobs, and by division. Maybe someone from HR is on here and can spill the beans.

Those who were cut in the June layoff are still within their 60 day WARN act period. They will be dropping off shortly, so that number should go down within the next couple weeks.

A much more interesting idea: let’s track how the size and salary/bonus costs of the executive suite has grown since Charlie came to the bank.

My guess: he’s added more costs than he’s cut.
