Why is it so hard for people to get out of here even when they get a solid new offer?
I have a colleague who was looking for a new job and eventually got a great offer, but he is still here. Then he got another offer which was also very good, but he is still here and still complains that nothing is right at NOV. Total craziness. And he's not the only one, I know a few more people like that.

@helpinghand - not a matter of speed or sentence separation. When you write stuff like “I have a few contact's if your interested…” it is CLEAR you should sit down and shut-up, instead of trying to belittle people.

Those great offers arent always what they seem. I have passed up several offers as well. Mostly because i dont want to go from one cr-p job to another starting from scratch on vaca/ benefits. The right one will come around then we will be gone.
People that are hesitant are prone to hesitate you know.

It's the best thing they could do is jump ship. I started a new job and my first check was over double my NOV checks.
Maybe they enjoy the abuse and neglect. False hope. They are bending over and grabbing their ankles.
