Anyone else hear the 8AM to 6PM work hours in ADvanced Materials town hall? Granted it’s wayyyyy more now, but why are we settling for 45-50 hour work weeks instead of 40???

I never had any problem devoting time in my projects. In fact, I saw a problem long before these directors/VPs could envision it and generated data to update my leadership. It still took me more than an year to convey the importance of that challenge. Then one fine day they all got it (when sh-t broke loose). I felt that I lost a lot of time in convincing these folks, who never cared at the first place. Then I stopped caring and left!
