It’s obvious that the only reason DA came to the AM town hall was to reassure that AM “isn’t leaving MPO / NJ.” Sounds like they’re trying to build trust when the employees have been screwed over countless times in NJ. Employees are dropping like flies in MPO. If you haven’t started to look, you should probably start.

@1meg Anyone who ever worked at Honeywell knows everything is spoken in acronyms.
Honeywell has an agreement with NJ after taking funds from the state so they must stay there for a period of time. Don't worry, it will end soon.

The MPO environment is very very toxic. Survival of the fittest NJ style. You can trust no one in the MPO environment. It’s were the Honeyhell toxic MPO/MTO corporate culture started and thrives today. It’s the MPO toxic culture as to why they are leaving in droves.
