So glad I left. Kelly is such a disgrace. I thought there was a chance I could retire with BB&T but the merger made working there any longer impossible.
In my opinion calling Kelly a televangelist disgraces the televangelist profession. But what I would love to know is how the BB&T BOD’s justify all of this at this point. They paid a premium to purchase a lesser performing bank with the justification that the best of both would be integrated…and then this occurs. If they really knew what was going on at the systems integration and customer service level, I think many of them would break-out in a cold sweat thinking about where this all could potentially end up…
