I work on the ERP program and considering to leave, i have a good opportunity. I'm interested in everyone's thoughts but the lady in charge of CPMO seems to be lost and all over the place.

What i was told from others is that the structure and establishment of CPMO was to "justify a VP promotion" being the only reason for the change causing a big mess for IT by doing the split.

I can tell you watching her people are belittled, many people quit as result and she is only in it for herself, loves to point fingers when something fails and never takes accountability... Its well known she never accomplished anything, yet she associates herself with S/4, ETRM, legacy CVE programs which were all failures and never took off...

Rumor has it she orchestrated all the IT org moves to benefit mostly herself including I.E retirement who is apparently staying with the org.. what?

100% agree with the points in the post regarding CPMO. I see the lack competency and accountability over the past 6 months clearly. One of the most truthful and accurate post on here. Meregers are tough but it has been made worse with unqualified people being promoted and then not being held accountable for their new VP level results.

Yeah totally!!! She hired A.Ross to manage integration a guy that never delivered any projects successfully he worked at pretty much every company and ask for yourself the feedback is consistent from all.

you are 100% correct i have seen the same in action from C.E nothing but manipulation from that one! the problem is she thinks no one sees it meanwhile everyone knows she always has a personal agenda which gets in her way of her delivering anything i have seen her acting the same way on the business side including my business area!
