Thread regarding IBM layoffs

IBM should get into official business of RA

They spend more time on RA'S then anything else ,all the effort that goes into it .Day in day out. They perfected it. They might as well do it for all companies and gain revenue.

When was the last time IBM developed a software that worked and had any real value?

IBM doesn't even use Watson for RAs lol - there was a retention patent they gloated a few years ago that will never be implemented. Its antiquated excel spreadsheets run by bean counters executed top down. If IBM created a software solution to manage RAs that people would buy, they would be doing them more intelligently in the first place.

No. It's a death spiral and every potential "leader" knows no other way to stop it. The spent 3X on Red Hat to get JW to take over. When he got a good look, he bailed. That was the last chance. It's done. The rats are leaving.

yes, not to mention that it costs the company millions... The question is: will that (RAs) some day stopped?
