Employees are given lots of promises but Dell delivers none of that...... I don’t see those good changes.

What did they promise now? Is Jeffrey clasping his hands once again with the old " in the interest of open and honest communication" bit?
If you start drinking the cool-aid you will see DELL will save the world.
