Long story short, T-Mobile recently ripped employees from their positions, most from Metro DDM roles and “mapped” them due to how close they live in rural areas they want to penetrate. Many didn’t even apply. They were just told that they’re being promoted and didn’t disclose any pay increase. The on boarding was practically non-existent. There was no plans and any initiatives to help employees win besides “you can find it on C2” as an answer to the many questions that arise in this role. The role manages both indirect channels of metro and T-Mobile, with NR and any AR locations we sign up. On top of that, doing things outside of our roles and responsibilities like poaching potential employees from business’ to better bolster TPR locations with employees. Upper management has no lines drawn and will contact you at all times, especially after hours. Ignoring any work life balance. Ignoring limitations to most families due to COVID-19. All this new work for the same flat rate pay. It’s criminal. All I want to know is if there’s anyone else out there that finds themselves in a similar situation? Anyone else overwhelmed and underpaid with their new role in SMRA? Is it like this in all markets?

SMRA is going to be lucky to last 18 months or so then adios to many more folks :(
#clusterfuck
No raise because RISM'S are "aligned". Total BS!!! Big discrepancy in pay amongst old TM'S and DDM'S that now role into RISM roles. Was also lied to as this was a promotion and SMRA was the place to be but it's highly unorganized and one big cluster!
Thought you were getting hired to manage a COR door? Nope, you’ve got a glorified TPR. In fact, the TPRs are gonna get more resources than you.
They’re promoting people that have hardly had enough time to get a handle on their current role and in other cases no experience at all. They simply can’t find qualified candidates in these areas. Don’t relocate for this.
Enjoys these days. T Mobile has done nothing to make itself better. Did nothing to carry on the legacy of the Un Carrier. 5G is a waste. 4g is good enough. Mike sievert was interrupted from counting beans when someone tried to buy a house with his stolen identity. Your bleeding customers with no tourniquet to stop the bleeding. Your leadership goes to YouTube to see how to sell. Your vp of consumer markets is a twidiot. Go ahead, buy 1 phone for free and add 4 lines free. Those folks won’t stick. Your time is up. Exercise your options
Hte? Hometown expert? 10 phones /mo?
That is a very poor roi based on the hte compensatiin alone. I would think at least 30-50 activations/mo wit little churn to break even at the 2 year mark not even considering any promos on plan or phones. Probably need each line activated yo stay for 4+ years to maybe someday turn it to profit.
Am I missing something or are the higher ups truly mathematically defecient? Sounds like a very temporary position in which they will not lay off those employees but transfer them somewherw they never wanted yo be in hopes they "resign". Calculated deception!
Yuuuup. Apparently this mega-important HTE role is now on freeze because those that they rushed through can’t sell their floor of 10 phones/monthly.
Everyone in SMRA is gonna be at risk of getting cut when they pull the plug in this cluster fu-k in a year or so.
