Sapience is due to be rolled out again. Frank just can't stand not knowing everyone's keystroke statistics. FiDonald's never runs out of ways to disappoint.

Sapience is coming back? I didn't know it went away?
Toward the end of my stint at FIserv, I kept hearing my illustrious manager speak of all the productivity software apps that were in place. I never knew much about Sapience. But then again, I never paid much to this person's babbling anyway because the meetings were pointless, and this person knew absolutely nothing about my job (yet could find the gumption to rate me during evaluation time!).
I had a pretty good laugh (after leaving Fiserv) when a former HR person there told me about Sapience.
I like how everyone is worried about Sapience tracking their PC while they completely fail to recognize the true purpose of BYOD. Sapience is just one tool, they are also tracking your personal device to ensure you are in the office or at home working.
Finishing building a deck this afternoon, will keep a small hammer on the keyboard (so it looks like I am online “building the business”)
That software is a piece of sh-t. Extremely inaccurate and a waste of time. Only terrible leaders would rely on such a tool. More amateurish OFD tools.
There were departments that could see web traffic LONG before First Data came into the picture. Trust me - we knew where you were going. And some were even walked out the door.
wow about 80% of your daily cycles go toward spying on employee's. Seems like a large waste of money that could be used to pay employees a fair wage.
So how many tools to track your time:
Sapient Buddy
Jira
Clarity
Outlook
ADO
Status Report
This is 100% to spy on people and try to find the OFD people that pretend to work.
