Raise your hand if you think this will affect the employees positively in any way. Yeah, I didn't think so. This will benefit shareholders and those at the top. Us mere mortals who actually made all those sales happen will get an 'attaboy, now get back to work.' I wish the company will prove me wrong about this, I really do.
