I assume you are asking about DMSD, Display Materials and Systems Division.
Very cyclical business, prone to big spikes with hiring and sharp declines with layoffs. Both short and long term is directly tied to consumer electronics, so place your own bet there. Customers are very concentrated in Asia, so that impacts a lot of working hours for people in other regions.
