If verizon continues down this path ,of the cr t post that was just deleted , there will be more layoffs because there is lack of focus on the business. Which means more jobs will move offshore. Maybe this is why christie left.

Is automation more important than customer relations. Management is limiting scope of jobs and desiring paper movement not customer support.

Lay off Quality full time IT employees and replace them with contractors and VZ India who don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Yes. Verizon is a stagnant and soon to be declining business. Nothing will change that.
