There argument is with less grievances, they have less to do. You would think with less grievances that it would mean more happy workers. This will be an indirect layoff and they’re willing to accept the majority of members leaving the company. Continue to reach out to your locals. Don’t let them take this away from you! IBEW is doing the right thing for the members, so should CWA.

@1urm+1cwa1ysK This is the problem with this site. People don’t know how to argue and make these ignorant statements. It’s like arguing with a child. Last time I was in an office, some old fa-t was saying how he’ll miss seeing all the ‘young’ women. This is probably one of those child predators in the office.
@1urm+1cwa1ysK This is the d-mbest comparison I’ve ever heard.
I really don’t understand how we expect teachers and students to go back to the classrooms but Verizon Reps and Testers need to be safe in their homes. Something doesn’t add up.
Unionites have nowhere to go. They will stay for their pension crumbs and healthcare promises. Plus they don't have the skills or work ethic to compete in todays job market. Sorry.
@gqg+1cwa1ysK pro office boomer at it again.
Call the locals, district, and national. There’s so many jobs out there that are work from home with similar or even more pay. Take a look and you’ll see The union will lose too many members, through sickness and quitting. Not to mention disability. I agree with the others, the powers that be in the union aren’t going to risk sending us back. Its d-mb and will never happen.
where do i get more kool aid????
Don't worry, the union workforce will sunset in 2023 and it will all be over.
I still have faith the union is doing the right thing. I feel like this is a recurring thing I say but the union isn’t stupid enough to make us return to office. It would be the biggest misuse they ever made.
The union doesn’t care about Happy workers. The union only cares about collecting their dues. With less grievances people might start to wonder why their paying dues.
