Did you see the email about alpharetta office equipment being upgraded? Why is this company investing money to go backwards and have its employees on-site? They want to pay more in electricity, water, janitorial staff, coffee, security, etc. They also want to take away two hours of each day to make us commute and such.

The other poster had it right. Married co-worker affairs run rampant in that office. And I do mean in the office. It pays to work in finance.
The new office looks very nice to me. It was great to see old friends at work . They did a fabulous job remodeling it. Very well thought out in my opinion.
Frank doesn’t know how to be CEO. He is paranoid and only knows how to run the business from the books.
Everyone must return to the office because he wants you to be under his watchful eye. The only reason Covid was good for him was because it gave him a reason to eliminate benefits.
Said Frank- Now, get your a-s back in the office and BYOD because I’m tired of carrying the expense of your employment. Every single employee Is a cost burden to me.
Frank and Guy's spending habits are a paradox and will lead to the downfall of Fiserv.
- Wasting money-bundles on IBM sales-pitch-driven "digital education series" training
- Burning stacks of green on building maintenance when WFH has proven successful
- Setting ablaze greenbacks in a futile attempt at peddling outdated agile methodologies to compensate for indiscriminate layoffs
- Flushing millions into UK "Back2Business" hypocrisy
And yet somehow there is "not enough money" left to reinstate the full 401K match immediately.
The equipment upgrade is true and the FData shill attacks are insulting, as always. I am frankly surprised that the upgrade was ordered given the constant notion of cost cutting these days. I'll give credit here - Good job to whomever at Fiserv or First Data thought to upgrade the hardware.
