Everyone is tired of working in this uncertainty. My colleagues who have left these days and those who have prioritized looking for a new job, think that there will be layoffs soon. However, given how many people are leaving, I wonder if there will be a need for layoffs at all?

Ah yes, the "here is a turkey and 2 week notice" season is upon us
TR does a layoff every year around Oct-Nov in order to boost their numbers to raise the stock prices. It has been happening the past 5 years. Get out while you can.
