I do not believe that there will be a large number of those who will refuse vaccination and go look for another job, but there will be some. Fiserv might even benefit from getting rid of some employees in an easy way, but those who remain will find it increasingly difficult to work here. I’m already doing work for several people and I don’t intend to take on even more work if more people leave.

A couple days ago I heard about a new survey in which 55% of respondents said they expected to be in a new job or looking for a new employer in the next 12 months. I wonder if the percentage of Fiserv employees doing just that is higher or lower?
I mess around during the day browsing for new jobs. Fiserv used to be great but now it is an embarrassment.
OFD troll alert below. The leftover OFS people that haven’t left are the only reason this place hasn’t collapsed from the weight of Frank’s ovaries.
I've been gone for a while. The only OFS people left are the ones not good enough to get a job elsewhere.
I get offers via LinkedIn all the time. I am going to coast a bit more though first before jetting; I need to make up for losses caused by Frank's ridiculous 401K/insurance thefts.
Only a fool stays in a place that he is taken for granted and unappreciated. Stop making excuses for poor incapable managers. Your parents taught you better and your family expects the same
I'm already in the process.
Moving to Texas where vaxx requirements are prohibited.
My new company just had a bunch of new openings!
It's weird how Fiserv and many other companies let certain things not be important when layoffs are frequent. When I get bad service from a company I know it's because of the workforce being thin.
By overworking you are giving the company your time and getting paid less. They don't give you anything in return for working over 8 hours.
Fiserv chose to be understaffed. You are undermining management by working more. Stop being insubordinate and only work on the important stuff. If less important stuff doesn't happen it is because management doesn't want it to happen. Otherwise management would properly staff your team.
