What is going on with these raises why did only two people get a raise in my store but people will start making 15 dollars a hr next year and those making above 15 got nothing not even the tenure raises that was expressed in a task in the hub ....and when will they value there employees and close for Christmas like other major stores losing all respect for Cvs

Yes and if they don't take cear of the supervisors next year, we will probably loose them, they will walk out that door or step down for sure.

One more reason CVS is the employer of choice(cough, cough, cough). When other retailers give out raises and covid bonuses. Cvs hands out candy covered dog cr-p to employees. No need for corporate to cut hours NOBODY wants to work here. Karen and all your yes men and woman. The time has finally come. You have cut and cut until there was nobody left to cut. The old timers that would work 60 plus hours a week are long gone. Now you have your 30 somethings and younger you just love your geeky technology of having an app to look at there schedule Wow us with that technology. How about getting registers that don’t crash at least twice a day. When people come in for an interview and see what they have to do for your bank breaking $15 bucks they laugh and this isn’t a joke they laugh McDonald’s pays $15 plus and get this they give them a free lunch lol.

Not sure why it ended up that way, but I do know corporate was VERY MISLEADING with the whole raise announcement. They pretty much made it out that almost everyone was getting a raise, when it appears only select people got one.
