Don’t Do The Associate Survey This Year

The Associate Survey (or whatever they’re calling it this year) is the biggest waste of time all year. They use this to manipulate us all. It’s a way to look like you give a d*mn when you really don’t. Stop giving them the information they want. When they ask if you did it, lie. What can they do? This is supposed to be an anonymous survey. If they know you didn’t do it, then that’s proof that they’ve been lying all the time about it being anonymous.

I’m not doing mine this year. It’s never mattered to any of us.

Not doing the survery is way more powerful. they don't give you much room for real comments (atleast the last one did not).

Mention unions every chance you can. Watch how fast

The only reason they still do the survey is to verify that their poicy of employee alienation is working.

Oh, I'm doing it. I've got a lot to say. I just hope there's not a character limit in the comment section because I've got a novel that's going in there. I've kept notes all year on the fiasco that goes on here on a daily basis. I'm even thinking of leaving my phone number for them to call if they want more information. Then I will know if it's just a ruse.

My supervisor is a useless as----e. I'll rip him apart. Shouldn't even be working here.
