So CVS is going to start minimum wage at 15 an hour. What about the people who have been with CVS for years and are shifts who are making that already or a little bit above? Are we gonna get a big raise or are we going to be making almost as much as the new people?

Uh you’ll be above $15. Relax. You get paid for the job you do. If you want to step back in to the store associate job because you think you deserve more and make just $15 go for it. The point of the wage increase was to pay for performance. You as a above $15 employee had all this time to be a tech, opps sup, opps mgr, SMIT, SM etc. but no you say on your bu-t and let just above $15 be good enough, and you collected on the 1-2% increase every year.
CVS will be paying 15.00 per. hour in July of 2022.
