No raises for backroom associates. We should all drop down and become cashiers and merchandisers. Same pay and less responsibilities.

Our club is the opposite. Backroom is constantly busy with receiving or claims. Always on the lift and very busy. Merchandisers never help the back either.
Backroom chills a LOT at our store too.. and merchandisers help run the trucks.. they don't come to the floor, EVER .
Also dropped the cap 70 cents for backroom associates. $2.00 more to be forklift position, trying to figure out how to do backroom job without driving
You guys should all get raises doesn't a forklift driver get 2$ more an hour? Don't you guys forklift all day long?
No one is every happy. Raises given out. You people still complain. Backroom doesnt have as much member exposure. Not saying they dont. Just not as much. Just shutup and do your job. Or quit. I dont care. I dont even know you.....
If anything everyone should be mad at homeoffice. They are the ones who implement the way these raises work.. but don't worry they are probably working on the next replacements for all associates so pretty soon no one will have a job and these associates will be wishing they still had their 15.00 an hr job..
Quit the snarky remarks everyone. I don't care what position you are in, everyone deserves a raise in pay. It makes no sense to bark back and forth to each other. We need to be a team. Power in numbers people.
If the backroom associates chilled all day in the back, where’s the merchandise the cashiers are ringing up coming from? They didn’t just walk to the floor.
Never seen a Backroom associate chilling. EVER. Maybe if they get enough of them back there they can huddle up and stare at their phones like the cashiers do half the time.
Why should "we all" drop down, it's almost like you don't actually want to be a cashier or merchandiser because it's harder than chilling in the back all day.
