So yeah...about that recent up to speed. Customers think a 1 hour wait time is bad. Just wait until everyone that doesn't want the jab doesn't show up all at once. How many of these young new hires are actually going to stick around? Yea ok.

Remember when they were like, get the jab and you don't have to wear a mask? lol lasted for a week.
I disagree. Our district recently hired a 20 and 21 year old . Zero college with virtually no customer service experience. They were hired in for 40 hours full time because director is making exceptions since not many applied for 32 hour slots. Starting salary 38k with projected 10k or more in yearly team commissions. Not many 20 year olds starting at 50k plus a year out there. They will stay for now.
