Favoritism

If you are not among the favorites, this is a terrible place to work. If you are among the favorites, then it is bearable. I'm sick of watching how some of us have a "privileged position," aren't under as much stress, and aren't as overwhelmed with work as those who aren't so "lucky". Can anything be done about favoritism here?

They use to call it, "office politics." Now they call it, "favoritism." This is the way the world works. Better accept it and learn how to play the game, because it is firmly fixed in all aspects of our lives. If you don't know how to make people like you, you won't do well on planet earth.

People are so stupid. Favoritism exist. You know who the favorites are. The people who do what there asked without supervision and don't complain 24/7. Those are the people I like to see advance, and yes, they are my favorites.

It happens everywhere. Either accept it or leave.
