Do personal shoppers get raises?

I would assume, all Markets. My Market lowered the base pay to $15 for backroom. No one is going to want to the work in that dept for so little. It’s no longer a promotable position.
Those that were already in the position got Grandfathered in at the old Cap, but it sucks for some.
What market do the personal shoppers get more then backroom/merchandisers??? Walk around and shop for people???? Come to backroom & walk in our shoes for a week
Not our market I been there 7 years and I made 15.30 and I only get 70 cents. I don't think that is right because I already worked for that 30 cents. I should make 16.30 that what we get paid. Ridiculous because the guys in club pick up that seriously haven't been there a year make 16.50. But I guess anything better than nothing

$18-$25 for merchandisers &backroom
$19-$26 personal shoppers
Pay rates are different in each market. In some, the personal shoppers get more than merch/backroom.
