This would be my first holiday season here, but based on what I was told by people who have been at WFM for a long time, it's something I really don't want to experience. I can already imagine what a debacle it will be come this year's holidays. I believe there aren’t a lot of “brave” people who aren’t looking for a way out before that chaos starts?

Just go in and do what you can you are not saving lives. You can even just go in and barely work if you want to just hang out and collect a pay check.
Ya go in, put in your 8 hours and clock out.
You do what you can do.
No need to ki-l your spirit, because in the end it won’t matter and no one will care.
hiring is none existent so be ready to work long hours. But regional people want the job to be done no matter what. Since they work from office i think they forget that we are still in the middle of a pandemic and people are still dying or getting covid. 4 people quit this past week just like that at my store. And to make matters worse stl just yells n curses making the situation worse. Well more people will be quitting. I dont think they understand that no one wants to work for whole foods because they are owned by amazon thats why no one is applying. $15 is not enough.
Multiply how bad things are now by twenty.
