CEO succession?

Where people are at with MD's succession? I would think he has at most two years in his current role before he 'gracefully exits' and joins various boards (maintaining the PPL gig)

The company requires an external CEO hire post MD (read the post below mine) who will change the company culture and bring it into the year 2021 - from 1972. Lots of progressive candidates available. Get him or her to re-evaluate the current C-suite and then hire their own people to gauge and gut the waste within all levels of middle management and rid ~60 within. Good riddance.

New leadership is needed to guide the company into the next decade.... Na haha. Who is anyone kidding, someone internally will be promoted to continue the executive grift. Sc--w this company.

Totally agree that the majority of management and executives need to be purged. That’s the only way there will be any improvement in the culture, and make things better.

dream on with the external hire stuff. certainly ideal scenario but it will 100% be an internal to replace MD. . . in keeping with the proud crony culture here. MD likely passes the torch over to the kid. someone he personally hired and has been groomed for the role since day 1. MD then stays on to babysit for another year or 2. timely topic as there was a post somewhere here about MDs potentially failing health.
