Just tell them you’re unvaccinated and don’t want the vaccine. If they fire you for being unvaccinated, you can sue them.
Layoffs are not the strategy. The strategy is for you to quit so that they don't have to payout RSU's, Unemployment or anything other than your accrued vacation time.
You won’t be.
They want you to quit.
